Meet Ale

With over 15 years of experience, Alejandra has mastered the always evolving and fast-paced industry of events as an accomplished planner, producer and creative project manager. Born and raised in Argentina, Alejandra has executed 300+ innovative events in the US, Canada, Asia, Europe and most countries across Latin America. A certified accountant fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese), she uses her understanding of local culture, protocols and etiquette to navigate legal, finance and production implications with ease.

Alejandra threads this global expertise into all of her projects and she does so with candor and collaborative spirit. She thrives in high-pressure environments and excels at leading large operations with many moving pieces. A resourceful problem solver with quick humor and wit, Alejandra loves approaching her projects with enthusiasm and just the right amount of play.

Amidst agency and in-house roles with top-notch firms such as Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, The Economist, Time Inc, and Starcom, Alejandra created and launched ELA Connection: a creative event agency. Ten years later, ELA has quickly expanded to be an international, project inclusive powerhouse with Alejandra at the helm. 

When she isn’t traveling the world producing events, Alejandra can be found at home in Los Angeles with her husband and son, cooking good food and daydreaming of her next globetrotting adventure.
