ELA Connection was launched by Alejandra Cumbrera and Linda Rohrer to offer all inclusive event solutions in the US and internationally. Their expertise in conference and event planning is within Latin America where they have a vast network of partners and vendors, as well as an intricate knowledge of the culture and negotiating methods. 


Prior to launching ELA Connection, Alejandra worked for blue chip firms in NYC such as Microsoft and The Economist Group where she specialized in international event planning. She holds a certificate in meeting planning from NYU and the CMP designation from the Convention Industry Council.  Alejandra is from Argentina, where she obtained a Bachelor degree in accounting and has five years of experience in finance giving her the understanding and importance of paying attention to the bottom line and cost savings for her clients.


Linda Rohrer has been a top performer in sales and has a proven track record of building and growing business for her last five companies.  She resided in Mexico City for three years where she learned Spanish. She worked for a wireless start that allowed her to create a multi-level sales network through Latin America.  Linda worked in NYC for 10 years in marketing and sales as well as in publishing, selling advertising, digital media, and sponsorships for conferences.  Her most recent position was in tour and travel which has allowed her to make direct relationships with hotels throughout the US and Latin America. Her high revenue goals have helped her be the top contributor year over year. She now resides in San Diego, CA and continues her sales career.
